We picked up this building a few months ago, twice a month we go in to do a full janitorial cleaning. We cleaned the carpets about 4 moths ago and a week did the routine cleaning. These carpets were heavy soiled and extremely dirty, we vacuumed, pre sprayed 1st with a oxy peroxide based solution for organic stains. We hit it with the CRB then we pre sprayed with a citrus enzymes based cleaning solution, then hit it a 2nd time with the CRB. After allowing 20 minutes of dwelling we extract with *170 water temp at 400 psi with an acid rinse. These carpets came out great, CU...

These carpets were very soiled, a lot of the issues here, comes from walking around bare feet. House shoes/slippers with black soles does a lot of damage to the carpet fibers, in a short amount of time. how come there was no vacuum or crb? love your channel and you usually do the 4 step process seemed the crb would have got some tougher deep stains out of the fibres before extraction

In my 28 years of cleaning carpets trust me when I say this, there is no way a crb can clean a filtration line nor can a standard wand clean them 🤦🏾♂️ A crevice tool is what we use to clean the lines, at additional cost if the customer what that service 👍🏾

I wish customers would vacuum before you guys arrive. When I called a professional carpet cleaner to come, they asked me to already have my carpet vacuumed and I did with no problem. Ah well….you guys did an amazing job as always ❤
